Discover the architectural changes made to the front of the house during the Georgian period which helped to hide the identity of the sisters and disguise the construction of an illegal Catholic chapel. Explore the hidden layers of meaning inside the chapel, and don’t miss the opportunity to see the three beautiful Georgian vestments designed and worn for the opening mass, on display together for the first time since 1769.
Please note: On Saturday 5th Aug, the Chapel is open from 2pm-5pm
